Excellent hotel with great service. The hotel has a modern luxurious touch, lovely views of the zambezi river and the staff are friendly. Hard to find fault with this hotel, the outdoor poolside patio had some mosquitoes during the late night. Definitely the best place to stay in Livingstone

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits dans cet établissement lors de notre arrivée à Livingstone. Le transfert de l’aéroport de Vic Falls était très bien organisé. Professionnalisme que nous avons retrouvé tout au long du séjour. Personnel cordial, sympathique et attentionné. L’emplacement est super, au bord du Zambeze et nous avons apprécié de nous relaxer à la piscine. Super buffet de petit déjeuner avec des options pour tous les goûts! Pour lunch et dîner choix de cuisine locale ou internationale. La croisière veut la peine. Meme sans soleil nous avons passé un excellent moment et le bateau est magnifique. Je recommande particulièrement cet hôtel si vous recherchez une structure aux normes internationales, ou si vous voyagez avec des enfants. Detail peu important, mais pour un hôtel de cette catégorie je le mentionne quand même: il n’y avait ni eau gazeuse ni coca zéro… étonnant!!

o Hotel é espetacular, cafe da manha farto e maravilhoso, a cama super confortável, a piscina é incrível. So tenho elogios ao hotel e aos funcionários, quando vc chega para o checkin ja é recepcionado com agua mineral geladinha.O hotel é na beira do rio, com uma vista para o por do sol imperdivel. Melhor pegar o transfer do aeroporto com o hotel mesmo, fiz com uma empresa de fora e deu a maior confusão, porque o hotel mandou o deles tb, dai fui cobrada 2 vezes. No fim o hotel devolveu a cobrança.

J'ai séjourné 3 nuits dans ce magnifique hôtel. Radisson n'a pas lésiné sur la décoration et le service ! J'ai eu l'honneur de faire faire mon check-in avec Simon, qui a été gentil, professionnel, à l'écoute et souriant. J'étais dans la chambre 209 qui donne sur la piscine et le fleuve, une vue parfaite pour le coucher du soleil ! Forcément, comme est en bord de fleuve, il y a pas mal de moustiques, mais l'hôtel fournit un spray anti-moustiques dans chaque chambre. La chambre était très bien agencée et décorée, grande, propre. Le petit déjeuner offre tellement d'option qu'on ne sait plus où donner de la tête. J'ai fait la croisière sur le fleuve organisée par l'hôtel et c'était excellent, un moment très agréable. La nourriture était bonne. La piscine du spa est également splendide et est accessible sans forcément faire un soin (350 Kwachas). Tout le personnel est poli et souriant. Cependant, j'aimerai donner une mention spéciale à Thomas, Maté, Innongé, Linda, les 2 maitres-nageurs, et Simon pour leurs sourires et bienveillances.

This place is phenomenal. We stayed in the family villa and the scenery was beautiful, the service was excellent, and accommodations exceeded our expectations. We actually went back after the place we intended to stay at next was a flop. There were no issues with electricity, internet, temperature control, or available food. The morning and evening buffets have good options, and there’s plenty to choose from on the menu. Room service is available 24/7. The only drawback is that walking is not an option due to the elephants on the road, but they have drivers for hire to drive into town. This isn’t the place if you're wanting to have wildlife on the property, but if you want comfort and good service, it will exceed your expectations.

On first impressions it is new and shiny and fresh, however the service is non responsive, something we cannot fault in the other hotels experienced on this trip. Most annoying is the lack of bottled water provided for the room, 2 bottles on check in and not replaced by house keeping. Given we were told by every other property to not use tap water for kettles and teeth this seemed odd. I was advised to buy water! In a 5 star hotel! Why give free and coffee if you then have to buy water to make it? It seems they have not quite got to grips with international tourists and the night we stayed there was a large party happening, so perhaps they were just too busy.
